This app lets you access you patient portal any time on you phone. You can request appointments and fill out questionnaires ahead of time online. You can also do a televisit from your phone. Messages from your family practice physician or provider can show up in your notifications and you can message them back instantly.

Virtual Visits/ televisits
As of October 1st 2025, providers would no longer be reimbursed for telehealth visits delivered to Medicare beneficiaries in their homes. Due to the lack of government funding, we can no longer provide these services. You may be called to reschedule your appointment. If you did have a televisit these will now be at the office. Please call if you have questions about your appointment. To reinstate televisits, we recommend you speak with your government officals.
